Grounded and curious
Curiosity may kill the cat, but not us. We are fascinated with our hometown Rust’s tradition around Blaufränkisch, Furmint, Gelber Muskateller and Ruster Ausbruch with all its historical and oenological facets. We proudly label this group of varietals our “Rust Core Competence”. All the same, this curiosity also makes us venture outside our comfort zone on a daily basis, spawning successful products such as Cabernet Franc, Syrah and others. This may seem aimless on the surface — but you know what they say: The journey is the reward.
